We encourage all pregnant women to take advantage of our special program for pregnant and postpartum women, which helps to reduce the whole body tension quickly and effectively. We offer a comfortable massage bed with the convenient adjustment of the head and legs, we provide great comfort of the body position, even in advanced pregnancy.

Additionally, in our studio we offer customized care programs, which among others:

• increase the range of motion of muscles and joints,
• improve the blood and lymph circulation,
• reduce tensions of tired feet and pain in the legs,
• stop pain in the pelvis area, pain in the lower spine area and shoulders,
• reduce the feeling of pressure on the pelvis,
• eliminate swellings thus preventing stretch mark formation,
• unwind, relax, boost the skin elasticity, nourish the skin. They involve body and face.

Treatments are performed with the use of !00% natural cosmetics. Without petroleum derivatives, chemical preservatives, synthetic perfumes or colorants.

Postpartum regeneration

We invite to take advantage of our customized programs for Mum after childbirth, which will help to bring back well-being, regenerate painful muscles and return pre-pregnancy fitness.

In our studio we especially recommend:

• revitalizing massages (4-6 week after the childbirth) with the use of elements of manual lymphatic drainage and a massage relaxing overburdened parts of the body (neck, shoulders, arms and legs, spine, hip, knee, ankle joints).
• massages performed after childbirth which help the convalescence of the abdominal wall and prevent permanent changes in the skin tissue (limpness, decreased tension, stretch marks), which was subject to extensive stretching during pregnancy.
• massages shaping the body, promoting losing weight, treatments using modern and non-invasive methods stimulating the skin and the reduction of the adipose tissue (GEMINI RF, IR, vacuum massage, needle/no-needle mesotherapy, bioelectrostimulation, lipolysis).
